Understanding the
grades
All Members are scored
according to how they have used immigration to force U.S. population growth,
sprawl and congestion. Here are examples of what grades mean:
A+ Virtually always
supports lower immigration and lower U.S. population growth
C Half the time
has acted for lower immigration and half the time has acted for higher
numbers
F- Virtually always
acts to force higher immigration and U.S. population growth
